Seasonal Workshop and Weekend Retreat

I am deeply honored to be co-creating with one of my teachers, Pamela Panneton of Landspirts, to bring this offering to life. Come join us!

Reconnect with yourself, and Mother Earth at the beach. Join me and Leslie Llyod on an intimate journey on the belly of Mama`Qocha (Sea Mother) in Ocean City, Md. She will assist us as we do our work consciously connected to all that is. We will cleanse by releasing, taking time to reflect all that’s gestating within us. Winter is a potent time for inner reflection. We will create a safe space to heal through ritual, acupuncture, shamanic journeys, movement, and sound, while co-creating with Spirit. By taking this time for yourself to reflect and propel you forward into the new year, you will return home with ways to navigate your engagements with a renewed sense of power and ease.

This is an all-inclusive retreat. We are situated on the Atlantic Coast in comfortable accommodations.

You will receive 6 nutritious meals, made with infused love, all teachings, materials and so much more! Cost will be dependent on what room you choose.

The rooms are all double occupancy, some with shared King bed (bring a friend), or two twins.
1 Room ~ Shared King Bed with private bath $550. pp (for single supplement add $150.)
1 Room ~ Shared King Bed with shared bath $500. pp
2 Rooms- with Twin Beds with shared bath. $550. pp
3 Commuter spaces $400.pp
