Join us on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a full-day experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and return to yourself. The Rest Nest Day Retreat offers a restorative blend of bodywork, meditation, movement, and nervous system education—woven together in a calm, compassionate space that honors your need for rest.
What Is the Rest Nest?
Led by Nancy Fallon and Kristin Cook, with acupuncture and meditation by Leslie Lloyd and chair massage by Zecia ‘Z’ Cosby, the Rest Nest is a nurturing sanctuary—a place to let go, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for healing.
Together, we’ll explore gentle and supportive practices to ease physical tension, soothe the mind, and reset your nervous system.
You Can Expect:
- Chair massage and acupuncture to help release stored tension and promote deep relaxation
- Gentle, accessible yoga to support grounding and ease
- Myofascial release to support healing and body awareness
- Nervous system education to help you better understand how stress impacts your body—and how to support balance moving forward
- Catered lunch by Kismet and Go to nourish and delight
- A calm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe, supported, and fully present

Who This Is For
This retreat is ideal for anyone who feels tired, overwhelmed, burnt out—or simply in need of a reset. You do not need any prior experience with yoga, acupuncture, or meditation to attend. All bodies, all levels, and all nervous systems are welcome.
