Learning From Nature’s Wisdom:

A Five Element Retreat

The rhythm and cycles of nature hold immense wisdom. The ancient Chinese and many other indigineous cultures around the globe understood how to work with the flow of energy as it moves in the natural world. We have forgotten how to align with these cycles and how to connect with our inner nature. We are not separate from nature, we are it. We feel the absence of that knowing as disease in our bodies, minds and spirit. Its time to reconnect with this lost knowledge and reclaim the joy, ease and abundance that is always present in all of creation.

If you have been in my treatment room, then you have heard me speak of the five elements. Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding of the medicine that you have benefitted from over the years. Join me and my beloved friend, seasoned acupuncturist and Nia Instructor Rebecca Donnelly, for a soul filled, transformative experience where we will walk the circle of the five elements, known as the Sheng Cycle.. According to the Taoist tradition, everything in the universe comes from the five elements: wood, fire, earth, water, and metal and everything moves with their energies. As we explore the Sheng cycle through embodied practices like Nia, meditation, visualization, breathwork and ceremony, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how to work with the flow of nature to create a more vibrant and balanced life. This is a rare opportunity that I’m not sure I will offer again, I hope you can join me.
