I am beyond excited about this one; A whole weekend together to dive deep into our innate healing potential! We’ll spend the weekend at the beautiful organic Fox-Haven Farm in Frederick as we commune with nature and ourselves. Retreats are a wonderful way to enter a liminal space where deep change can steep into our being. We will use ceremony, breathwork, sound healing, movement, acupuncture, and heart connection to learn how to calm the body, clear blocks that are causing dis-ease, access our energy field and create a healing vibrational frequency. You’ll leave uplifted and aligned with your higher self, ready to manifest a healthier and happier you.
